Guest Relations Agent

About the role

As a Guest Relations Agent you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating welcoming experiences from arrival through departure. You will represent Hilton’s commitment to hospitality by delivering personalized service and ensuring every stay is memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and provide clear guidance.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly, escalating when necessary to maintain high satisfaction.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the stay and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill guest requests efficiently.
• Support VIP and special requests by preparing amenities and arranging personalized services.
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, incidents, and follow‑ups.
