Guest Relations Officer – Premium Showroom Experience

About the role

The Guest Relations Officer is the first point of contact for all visitors to the Al‑Futtaim Automotive BYD showroom in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures a premium welcome, captures visitor information, and routes leads efficiently to support sales conversion and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome walk‑in customers, identify their needs and direct them to the appropriate Sales Executive.
• Provide hospitality services such as refreshments, lounge management and VIP prioritisation.
• Capture complete customer data in the CRM/DMS and allocate leads according to showroom rotation rules.
• Monitor Sales Executive engagement times and escalate any delays.
• Conduct daily showroom checks on vehicle cleanliness, pricing displays and marketing materials.
• Coordinate appointments, test drives and corporate visits with the sales team.
• Prepare daily reports on traffic, lead capture and visitor trends.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in front‑of‑house, hospitality, premium retail or customer‑experience roles.
• Experience in an automotive showroom or dealing with high‑end customers is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and Dealer Management Systems for guest registration and lead tracking.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and scheduling/appointment tools.
