Join Qiddiya Investment Company, a world-class destination developer, as a Guest Service Driver. In this role, you will be the face of our premium hospitality service, ensuring that our guests experience seamless, safe, and luxurious transportation throughout their visit.

Missions principales

• Provide safe, courteous, and efficient transportation services to guests to various destinations within and outside the Qiddiya site.
• Ensure maximum guest comfort and satisfaction by delivering high-level customer service at all times.
• Assist guests with luggage handling and provide professional concierge-style support during transit.
• Maintain the highest standards of vehicle cleanliness, hygiene, and mechanical upkeep.
• Strictly adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure passenger security.
• Coordinate schedules closely with the Guest Services team and maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and maintenance requirements.
• Promptly report any vehicle issues, incidents, or maintenance needs to management.

• Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in a luxury hospitality or VIP transport environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Impeccable professional appearance and grooming, reflecting premium brand values.
• Reliable, punctual, and highly organized with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to handle luggage and provide physical assistance to guests when needed.
