Guest Services Executive – Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

Picture yourself brightening someone’s day as a Guest Services Executive at Hilton. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless check‑in and check‑out experience while delivering the warmth and light of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival, verify details, assign rooms, issue keys and provide welcome materials or bell‑service assistance.
• Process departures by confirming charges, handling payments, issuing receipts and using the point‑of‑sale system accurately.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions and local attractions to answer guest inquiries.
• Promote hotel amenities and services through up‑selling techniques to maximize revenue.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and manage communications effectively.
