Head of Asset Management & CEO

About the role

Cactus, an emerging fintech focused on integrating spending and investing, is looking for a dynamic leader to head its Asset Management division while serving as CEO. Based in Riyadh, this full‑time, on‑site position will shape the company’s investment strategy, drive growth, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall corporate vision and strategic roadmap.
• Co‑lead the investment committee to set asset allocation, risk limits, and portfolio frameworks.
• Oversee portfolio performance, conduct market analysis, and monitor benchmarks.
• Ensure full compliance with CMA regulations and internal governance standards.
• Align product, technology, compliance, and operations teams with business objectives.
• Lead business development, partnership creation, and revenue‑generation initiatives.

Required profile

• Saudi national with 6+ years in investment management and 5+ years in asset management.
• Experience in CMA‑regulated firms and participation in investment committees.
• Proven leadership in financial services or asset management.
• Deep knowledge of Saudi regulatory and compliance frameworks.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate strategy into measurable KPIs.
