Head of Commercial Development – KSA

About the role

We are seeking a senior commercial leader to shape and execute our regional commercial strategy across Saudi Arabia. The role will own P&L performance, drive sustainable revenue growth, and translate strategic alliances into measurable business results within the Saudi healthcare system.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement KSA commercial strategies aligned with global priorities.
• Lead launch sequencing, lifecycle management and portfolio optimization for MENA markets.
• Oversee regional pricing, reimbursement and market‑access strategies, focusing on CHTA and other HTA bodies.
• Manage strategic alliances, licensing, co‑development, co‑promotion and distribution agreements.
• Chair governance forums such as Joint Steering Committees and regional operating teams.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives across Commercial, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Monitor KPIs, affiliate performance and partner outcomes, proactively managing risks.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of regional P&L responsibility in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong experience with oncology or specialty products.
• Deep expertise in Saudi market access, CHTA processes and affiliate‑based commercialization models.
• Proven ability to lead strategic partnerships and complex negotiations.
