Head of Finance – Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a senior finance leader to head the finance function of a leading hospitality group in Saudi Arabia. The role will drive financial strategy, ensure compliance, and support the company’s growth and IPO ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall finance and accounting function, ensuring financial integrity and operational excellence.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s growth plans.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow, treasury, taxation, and internal controls.
• Ensure full compliance with IFRS, Saudi regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
• Lead IPO readiness initiatives and ensure compliance with Tadawul listing and reporting requirements.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, regulatory authorities, banks, and key stakeholders.
• Provide strategic financial insights to the executive leadership team and Board of Directors.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing finance team while driving continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA or CMA.
• 12‑15 years of progressive finance experience with significant leadership responsibility.
• Mandatory experience working with a Tadawul‑listed company and proven expertise in IPO preparation, listing requirements and post‑listing compliance.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is required.
