Head of Finance

About the role

Unified Real Estate Development (URED) is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee the Finance & Accounting function across the group and its subsidiaries. The Head of Finance will drive strategic financial planning, ensure regulatory compliance and lead the digital transformation of finance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for FP&A, Accounting, Tax and Treasury, set KPIs and manage departmental budgets.
• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Saudi GAAP, and ensure compliance with VAT, Zakat, WHT and ZATCA e‑invoicing.
• Manage treasury activities including cash‑flow planning, banking relationships and credit facilities, and monitor investment portfolio performance.
• Oversee statutory audit processes, maintain audit‑readiness and consolidate financial reports for URED and its subsidiaries.
• Partner with the CFO and business units to analyse property acquisitions, development feasibility, lease pricing and capital allocation.
• Drive digital transformation by implementing automation through Yardi, real‑time Power BI dashboards and AI‑assisted reporting tools.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading finance and accounting functions in a large organization.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, Saudi GAAP and local tax regulations (VAT, Zakat, WHT, ZATCA e‑invoicing).
• Proven track record in treasury management, cash‑flow forecasting and investment analysis.
• Experience managing external auditors and delivering audit‑ready financial records.
• Ability to drive digital initiatives and use advanced analytics for proactive insight generation.
