Head of Finance

About the role

Our client, a multinational operating in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Head of Finance to lead finance and administrative functions across the country. Reporting to senior country and regional leadership, the role combines rigorous financial control with strategic partnership to drive the business forward.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a finance team of approximately 10 professionals.
• Oversee financial management, accounting, treasury, tax and legal entity governance.
• Ensure accurate IFRS reporting and compliance with Saudi regulatory and tax requirements.
• Manage transfer pricing and legal entity financial management.
• Drive process simplification, operational efficiency and strong financial controls.
• Partner with senior business leaders and interact with external auditors, banks, tax advisors and government authorities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of financial management experience with progressively increasing responsibility.
• Proven experience in a complex, globally operating multinational organisation.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi economic, regulatory and business environment.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
