Head of Franchise (Legal Affairs)

About the role

Reef Holding is looking for a strategic Head of Franchise (Legal Affairs) to lead franchise operations both locally and internationally. The role works closely with the Legal Affairs team to design, govern, and ensure compliance of franchise frameworks, contracts, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full franchise lifecycle, from application assessment to onboarding, renewals, and ongoing management.
• Ensure franchise agreements meet legal, commercial, and strategic goals.
• Monitor franchisee compliance with contractual obligations, operational standards, and brand guidelines.
• Support trademark protection and regulatory compliance across target markets.
• Prepare franchise documentation for new market entry and coordinate operational readiness with internal stakeholders.
• Identify legal and commercial risks, propose mitigation strategies, and advise internal teams.
• Produce performance reports, track contractual status, and collaborate with Finance and other departments on structuring and execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in franchise management, legal governance, or contract management.
• Proven ability to draft and review commercial agreements.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Experience in regional or international franchise environments is a plus.
