About the role
Futu Holdings Limited is establishing a new office in Saudi Arabia and seeks a dynamic Head of HR to lead the creation and execution of HR initiatives. The role will shape the organisational culture, ensure compliance with local regulations, and support rapid growth of the workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Design and manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Set up HR practices for a new entity, collaborating with regional headquarters and local leadership.
- Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with Saudi labour laws.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance and conflict resolution.
- Partner with HQ HR Business Partners to establish SOPs, workforce planning and talent mapping.
- Liaise with Saudi government platforms (MHRSD, GOSI, Absher, Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad) to ensure statutory compliance.
- Drive talent development, performance management and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
Required profile
- 8‑12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a corporate environment in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven experience setting up HR functions for a new entity (0→1).
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labour legislation, GOSI and related compliance requirements.
- Experience in investment or fintech sectors is an advantage.
