About the role
Foreground is partnering with a well‑established financial institution in Riyadh to appoint a Head of Human Resources. The role will drive cultural modernisation, strengthen organisational capability and elevate talent management across the business as the company embarks on a new phase of strategic growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a future‑ready HR function that meets robust governance and regulatory expectations, and will work closely with senior leaders to shape the organisation’s people strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Drive cultural modernisation and enhance employee engagement.
- Strengthen organisational capability and lead workforce planning.
- Elevate talent management, including compensation and benefits programmes.
- Build a future‑ready HR function aligned with governance and regulatory expectations.
- Advise senior leadership and steer HR transformation initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven senior HR experience in regulated environments, preferably financial or professional services.
- Expertise in workforce planning, compensation and benefits, and leadership development.
- Experience with organisational restructuring and employee engagement programmes.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with operational depth.
- Ability to influence senior leadership and manage HR transformation projects.
