Head of Product (Director/VP) – B2B Marketplace

About the role

We are looking for a product leader to own the end‑to‑end product at Cargoz, shaping vision, roadmap, architecture and outcomes for our B2B marketplace that connects businesses with warehouse providers across Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a company‑wide product roadmap, balancing quality, timeline and adoption.
• Design and maintain a multi‑tenant platform architecture with data isolation, permissioning, observability and public APIs/SDKs.
• Drive AI‑native product development such as instant pricing, space matching and automated booking workflows.
• Make domain‑driven decisions grounded in warehousing, 3PL and logistics operations.
• Track commercial outcomes (acquisition, activation, retention, revenue) and run beta programs.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across engineering, design, operations and sales.

Required profile

• 6+ years of product management experience, including leading a product function or team.
• Proven track record shipping complex, data‑intensive B2B products that move real business metrics.
• Strong backend and platform expertise, or equivalent hands‑on technical background.
• Functional knowledge of warehousing, storage, logistics or supply‑chain software (WMS, TMS, ERP, OMS, 3PL).
• Experience using modern AI tools to accelerate product velocity and quality.
• Excellent analytical skills with SQL, metrics analysis and A/B testing, plus executive‑level communication.
