About the role

The Head of Project Management – Design Services leads the Project Management function across all design offices, ensuring multidisciplinary design projects are planned, executed, coordinated, and delivered to the highest standards. This senior position provides strategic leadership, establishes governance, and drives operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Project Management Department for Design Services across all offices and develop delivery strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Oversee multidisciplinary design projects, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet contractual requirements.
• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, standardized procedures, and reporting standards.
• Plan and optimize resources, forecast staffing needs, and balance workloads across regional offices.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, participate in executive meetings, and support business development.
• Monitor project profitability, review budgets and fee proposals, and manage commercial performance.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in international engineering consultancy firms delivering complex, multidisciplinary design projects.
• Proven leadership of large project management teams and ability to drive continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of sectors such as mixed‑use, infrastructure, aviation, transportation, healthcare, hospitality, commercial, residential, and government.
• Experience with project risk management, governance, and compliance with quality standards.
