Health Club Attendant – Luxury Beach Resort

About the role

The Health Club Attendant will maintain the cleanliness, set‑ups and standards of the health club, spa and locker rooms at the Four Seasons Resort on Shura Island. You will ensure a welcoming environment for guests, manage refreshments, and support smooth operation of all fitness and wellness areas.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in locker rooms, workout areas and pre‑treatment spaces.
• Set up and restock health club and spa areas, including refreshments and equipment.
• Assist guests with appointments and guide them to relevant health club or spa services.
• Respond to guest interactions courteously and efficiently.
• Monitor equipment condition, report any issues and ensure compliance with health club standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a health club, spa or similar hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to luxury service standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning and set‑up tasks throughout the shift.
