Heavy Equipment Operator Assessor

About the role

We are looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator Assessor to join our Certification Team. You will support pre‑screening assessments of contractor staff on Saudi Aramco projects, conducting both practical and written evaluations to certify operator competency.

Key responsibilities

• Perform hands‑on and written performance assessments on a range of heavy equipment.
• Certify operator competency for contractor personnel working on Saudi Aramco projects.
• Maintain accurate assessment records and ensure compliance with certification standards.

Required profile

• Personal, valid operator certifications (not company training records) for several equipment types such as backhoe, bulldozer, forklift, grader, wheel loader, skid loader, backhoe loader, side‑boom/telehandler.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on heavy‑equipment operation experience.
• Minimum 3 years of formal experience as an instructor/trainer for heavy‑equipment operators.
• Minimum 3 years of formal experience assessing and certifying operator competency.
• Assessor award qualification (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds, Highfield Train the Trainer) is a strong plus.
• Fluent English (read/write) and intermediate proficiency with MS Office.

Required skills

• Operation of backhoe, bulldozer, forklift, grader, wheel loader, skid loader, backhoe loader, side‑boom/telehandler.
• Operator assessment and certification.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
