Heritage Training Program Manager

About the role

Plan and deliver heritage training programs that improve staff capability, preserve cultural knowledge, and ensure consistent, high-quality training delivery across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop heritage training curriculum and supporting materials.
• Deliver training sessions and practical workshops to staff.
• Assess trainee competency and provide coaching and feedback.
• Maintain accurate training records and generate regular reports.
• Continuously improve programs using participant feedback and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating training programs.
• Strong knowledge of heritage preservation and cultural practices.
• Ability to design curricula and create learning materials.
• Experience with facilitation and adult learning methods.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
