Home Care Nurse – Riyadh & Jeddah

About the role

Taib, a leading home‑healthcare provider in Saudi Arabia, is seeking qualified nurses to deliver professional, compassionate care to patients in their homes across Riyadh and Jeddah. The role involves direct patient interaction, clinical assessment, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective treatment.

Key responsibilities

• Visit patients at home, assess and monitor health conditions, and document findings.
• Administer medications, injections, wound care, and other prescribed treatments.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with physicians.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, medication use, and preventive care.
• Identify changes in patient status and promptly report to the attending physician.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records and visit documentation.
• Provide emotional support and promote patient comfort.
• Ensure compliance with infection‑control, safety, and CBAHI regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a Nursing Diploma.
• Valid registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• Prior experience in home health care is mandatory.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, compassionate, and patient‑focused attitude.
