Home Healthcare Nurse – Taif

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Home Healthcare Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care in our Taif clinics and emergency department. The role involves delivering patient‑centered care, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring the clinic is fully prepared for physician use.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care following established standards and evidence‑based practice.
• Document patient information accurately and timely.
• Maintain clinic readiness by monitoring consumable stock and medical equipment.
• Report equipment failures, safety issues, and supply shortages to the nurse supervisor.
• Advocate for patients and families and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Follow policies for personal and patient safety, infection control, and medication management.
• Contribute to clinical quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and cost‑efficiency initiatives.
• Complete nursing assessments and record medical histories.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree/Diploma in Nursing.
• Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCHS) nursing license.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (Saudis with a Bachelor’s degree may be considered without experience).
• Fluent spoken English and Arabic.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure from the country of origin.

Required skills
