Homeroom Teacher – Riyadh & Jeddah

About the role

The school in Riyadh and Jeddah is seeking a dedicated Homeroom Teacher to manage daily attendance, deliver multi‑subject core instruction, and create a supportive social‑emotional learning environment. The teacher will act as the primary liaison between the school and parents, ensuring clear communication of student progress.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging daily lessons across core subjects while tracking academic metrics and evaluating performance.
• Maintain an orderly, safe and inclusive classroom, establishing productive daily routines.
• Monitor student social growth, behavior and attendance, providing individual guidance and character mentoring.
• Serve as the first point of contact for parents, conducting regular updates, conferences and progress reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or related field; teaching licence or certification such as PGCE or QTS is expected.
• Strong classroom management, multi‑subject adaptability, organization, empathy and active listening.
• Minimum 2–5 years of classroom teaching experience; familiarity with curricula such as IB PYP is advantageous.
