About the role
JULEB is seeking a commercially driven Sales Executive to lead go‑to‑market activities for its Hospital Information System (HIS), ERP and digital transformation solutions across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on building strategic relationships with hospitals, healthcare groups, clinics and supply‑chain organisations to generate qualified opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute GTM strategies targeting hospitals, healthcare groups, clinics, medical centres and supply‑chain organisations.
- Own and achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals and pipeline KPIs for HIS, ERP and digital transformation solutions.
- Drive end‑to‑end sales activities from lead generation to commercial closure and account expansion.
- Leverage existing industry relationships to secure meetings with hospital executives, medical directors, CIOs, IT directors and procurement leaders.
- Identify opportunities where JULEB’s solutions address operational, clinical, financial and workflow challenges.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and consistently track, forecast and report performance.
- Present and position solutions based on customer needs, conduct product demos and commercial presentations.
- Collaborate with product and leadership teams to tailor value propositions for different healthcare segments.
Required profile
- 5–8+ years of experience in Hospital Information Systems, healthcare technology sales, pre‑sales, digital health solutions or related healthcare operations.
- Established relationships within the Saudi healthcare ecosystem, including hospitals, clinics and pharmaceutical distribution.
- Proven track record of generating qualified meetings, achieving sales targets and managing complex sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of healthcare digital transformation initiatives, HIS/ERP market trends and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia.
