About the role
As the first point of contact at Le Café LPM, you will welcome guests, manage reservations and seating, and create a seamless, memorable experience from the moment the door opens. This front‑of‑house role supports the restaurant’s performance by optimising table flow and contributing to guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the reservation system, wait‑list, bookings, walk‑ins and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Greet and farewell guests, ensuring a warm and professional interaction at every touchpoint.
- Take drink orders while seating guests to enhance service speed and personalisation.
- Keep the reception area immaculate and maintain a balanced seating plan even during peak periods.
- Support other departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
Required profile
- Elegant, poised and highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
- No prior experience required; natural charm, warmth and a friendly attitude are essential.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic, French or additional languages are a strong advantage.
