Hostess (Saudi Nationals Only)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Hostess to join the food and beverage team at Swissôtel Al Maqam. This position is open exclusively to Saudi nationals and involves welcoming guests, guiding them to their seats, and ensuring a smooth dining experience in a prestigious five‑star environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional greeting to all guests.
• Assist guests with menu information and answer food‑and‑beverage related questions.
• Maintain outlet policies, procedures, and service standards at all times.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines when handling food and beverages.

Required profile

• Strong focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented mindset and collaborative work style.
• Prior experience with Micros or a similar point‑of‑sale system.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Micros (or related POS system) operation.
