Hotel Director of Revenue Management

About the role

The Director of Revenue Management leads the Commercial Strategy team at Raffles Diriyah, shaping the strategic vision for revenue growth across all hotel segments. Reporting to senior hotel leadership, the role ensures that pricing, inventory, and promotional tactics align with the brand’s positioning and profitability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning process and collaborate with profit‑generation teams to identify incremental revenue opportunities for rooms, restaurants, spas, and other outlets.
• Communicate a Total Hotel Profit Optimization vision to property leaders and foster a revenue‑management culture throughout the hotel.
• Utilise analytics, technology, and tools to create short‑ and long‑term forecasts that drive pricing and yielding decisions.
• Drive the annual budgeting process, produce long‑term financial projections, and present insights to ownership.
• Monitor economic, market, and competitive indicators to develop insight‑led profit strategies.
• Chair weekly Revenue Management meetings, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and hotel objectives.
• Optimize room revenue by managing inventory, rates, and channel performance.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in hotel revenue management or a comparable commercial function.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication skills to influence cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Track record of mentoring and developing revenue‑management talent.
