About the role
We are seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead one of our 4‑ and 5‑star properties in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering operational excellence, driving commercial performance and fostering a high‑performing team.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations to ensure superior guest experience and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage revenue performance, budgeting, cost control and profitability, monitoring key indicators such as Occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.
- Lead, develop and motivate a multidisciplinary team, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Implement commercial strategies to maximize market share and drive growth.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in reputable 4‑ or 5‑star hotels.
- Previous role as General Manager, Hotel Manager or senior hotel executive.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience in revenue management and budgeting.
- Demonstrated ability to build and develop high‑performing teams.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
