Housekeeping Manager

About the role

Grand Hyatt is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead the pre‑opening and launch of Hyatt Place AlUla. You will be responsible for establishing housekeeping operations that meet brand standards, ensure exceptional cleanliness, and support a memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set up pre‑opening housekeeping systems, processes, and brand standards.
• Maintain outstanding cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance across all public and guest areas.
• Implement sustainability initiatives such as efficient linen use, chemical management, and resource conservation.
• Drive productivity, cost control, and revenue‑supporting measures.
• Coach, develop, and inspire a high‑performing housekeeping team.
• Collaborate closely with Rooms and Operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in Hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager, preferably with pre‑opening exposure.
• Proven record of achieving high cleanliness scores.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in cost and productivity management.
• Excellent problem‑solving, administrative, and interpersonal abilities.
