Housekeeping Supervisor – Saudi Nationals Only

About the role

The Housekeeping Supervisor will lead day‑to‑day housekeeping operations on hotel floors and public areas, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This position is open to Saudi nationals only and works closely with Assistant and Executive Housekeepers.

Key responsibilities

• Assign and supervise staff tasks to deliver prompt, courteous service to guests and internal departments.
• Inspect public areas, floors, and VIP rooms to verify cleanliness, proper maintenance, and compliance with hotel standards.
• Coordinate with other housekeeping sections and hotel departments on room status, repairs, and appearance issues.
• Assist in recruitment, performance management, training needs identification, and delivery of training sessions.
• Schedule and conduct routine inspections of occupied and vacant rooms.
• Control usage of amenities, cleaning supplies, and equipment to stay within budget.
• Support monitoring of procedures such as Lost & Found, Key Control, security, emergency response, and health & safety.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• Proven supervisory experience in hotel housekeeping.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple hotel departments.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of housekeeping standards and procedures.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and security protocols.
• Experience in training and performance management.
