HR & Admin Manager – Remote (Prefer IBA Graduate)

About the role

Ibtdara is seeking its first dedicated HR & Admin Manager to build and lead people operations from the ground up. The role is remote initially, with the possibility of relocating to the company’s Saudi Arabia office as the business expands.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the HR function, including policies, employee handbook and internal procedures.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, screening, interview coordination and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, leave tracking and HR documentation.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits administration and other employee‑related administrative tasks.
• Support performance management, appraisals, feedback mechanisms and employee development initiatives.
• Handle employee relations, internal communications and conflict resolution professionally.
• Assist leadership in fostering a healthy, accountable and high‑performance culture.
• Drive continuous improvement of administrative processes and ensure compliance with company goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Management, Psychology or related field; preferably an IBA graduate.
• 4–8 years of experience in HR, administration, people operations or a similar role.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting and to build systems from scratch.
• Mature, discreet and trustworthy with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to consider future relocation to Saudi Arabia.
