About the role
We are seeking a Saudi National HR & Admin Manager to lead all human resources and administrative functions across our project in Riyadh. The role involves overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, payroll and supporting Saudization initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all HR and administrative functions across the project.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance.
- Ensure alignment with Saudi labor law and company policies.
- Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and employee records.
- Support Saudization requirements and workforce planning.
Required profile
- Saudi National (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7–12 years of HR & administrative experience.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR practices in KSA.
- Experience in construction or contracting sector preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
