HR Business Partner / HR Director – Core Business Unit

About the role

This position is based in Saudi Arabia and serves as a strategic HR partner for a core business unit within a globally distributed, technology‑driven organization. You will shape people strategy, drive employee experience, and support leaders in building high‑performing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align workforce effectiveness with strategic objectives.
• Design and implement HR strategies that foster growth, engagement, and retention.
• Lead workforce planning, staffing, and talent acquisition to ensure the right capabilities are in place.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, performance, succession, and off‑boarding.
• Drive engagement initiatives and monitor HR metrics such as turnover, satisfaction, and efficiency.
• Maintain consistent, compliant HR processes, policies, and practices.
• Provide data‑driven insights to support business and people decisions.
• Oversee HR projects, balancing strategic priorities with operational execution.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Director in an international digital, technology, or fast‑growing company.
• Proven track record implementing end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong ability to analyze and act on HR metrics (engagement, retention, turnover, payroll budgets).
• Experience using compensation and benefits data to influence business decisions.
