HR Business Partner

About the role

The HR Business Partner acts as a strategic advisor to business units, aligning human‑resources practices with the organisation’s goals. You will provide expert guidance on talent management, employee relations and organisational development while collaborating closely with line managers and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day HR support to business units, handling employee issues and performance management.
• Advise managers on HR best practices and compliance.
• Lead and coordinate HR projects that improve organisational effectiveness.
• Monitor workforce metrics, succession planning and report findings to leadership.
• Identify training needs and support learning initiatives for teams and individuals.
• Foster positive work relationships, boost morale, productivity and employee retention.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a related field.
• CIPD qualification preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with a proven record of partnering with business units.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex HR issues and drive strategic initiatives.
• Fluent oral and written English.
