HR Business Partner Manager – Taif

About the role

The HR Business Partner Manager will provide strategic HR support to the operations team in Taif, acting as the primary liaison between HR and business units. The role focuses on aligning HR practices with business objectives, addressing workforce needs, and driving initiatives that improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as advisor to the General Manager on workforce planning, talent management and organizational development.
• Lead day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring compliance with SEVEN policies and local regulations.
• Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and implement engagement programs to boost satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee talent management activities including succession planning, high‑potential identification and career development.
• Drive change‑management initiatives such as restructuring and cultural transformation, providing communication and training support.
• Monitor budget utilization for HR functions and ensure spending aligns with approved allocations.
• Analyse HR metrics, prepare reports for senior management and use data‑driven insights to refine HR strategies.
• Continuously research and apply best practices to improve HR processes and performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM‑CP, CIPD) preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in HR business partnering, with proven expertise in employee relations, talent management and supporting multi‑site or regional operations.
