HR Business Partner – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, results‑driven HR Business Partner focused on Talent Acquisition. In this position you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping recruitment strategy, building pipelines, and ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑life‑cycle recruitment for mid‑level, senior, and specialized roles across multiple business units.
• Design and execute multi‑channel sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, job boards, employee referrals and professional networks.
• Represent the company at career fairs and industry events to strengthen employer branding.
• Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs, define job specifications, and provide market insights.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
• Track recruitment metrics (Time‑to‑Fill, Cost‑per‑Hire, Quality of Hire) and continuously improve processes.
• Maintain data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, sourcing, or a combined HRBP/TA role.
• Proven ability to source directly for niche or hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; HR certifications (SHRM‑CP, PHR, CIPD) are a plus.
