HR CoE Senior Specialist

About the role

The HR CoE Senior Specialist will support strategic HR initiatives within a real‑estate development organization in Riyadh, focusing on policy enhancement, performance management, compensation, benefits and workforce planning to drive organisational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and frameworks aligned with business objectives.
• Manage performance management cycles, including goal setting, evaluations and reporting.
• Support organisational design, job evaluation and grading structures.
• Conduct compensation and benefits analysis, salary benchmarking and internal equity reviews.
• Coordinate workforce planning and manpower budgeting activities.
• Create HR dashboards, analytics and reports to aid decision‑making.
• Assist talent management, succession planning and employee engagement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for HR process improvement, automation and digital transformation.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably in an HR Center of Excellence or organisational development role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience with HR transformation projects.
• Good understanding of Saudi Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Professional HR certification (SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP, CIPD or equivalent) is preferred.
