HR Generalist

About the role

4level1 is seeking an HR Generalist to support its growing team in Riyadh. This full‑time, on‑site position will ensure a compliant, positive, and high‑performing work environment for staff across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Administer HR policies, procedures, and employee records.
• Manage the employee lifecycle: onboarding, probation monitoring, performance tracking, and off‑boarding.
• Oversee benefits administration, leave management, and respond to HR‑related inquiries.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and maintain HR information systems.
• Support training initiatives and collaborate with management on employee engagement and workplace culture.

Required profile

• Solid knowledge of HR fundamentals and proven experience in HR management.
• Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR policies in line with local labor regulations.
• Experience managing employee benefits with attention to confidentiality.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and HRIS/data management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Familiarity with Saudi labor laws preferred; experience in the education or training sector is an advantage.
