HR Intern – Global Operations

About the role

Amazon is seeking motivated HR Generalist Interns to work on meaningful projects that directly impact employees and business success while learning from industry‑leading HR professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop in‑depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's fast‑paced operations.
• Assist with internal communication efforts to align teams across multiple countries.
• Help develop training plans and materials to address evolving development needs.
• Provide support to employees on daily queries related to attendance, engagement, compensation, and other HR matters.
• Assist HR teams with day‑to‑day operational routines and administrative tasks.
• Participate in process reviews to identify opportunities for simplification and automation.
• Compile personnel statistics, reports, and performance evaluations.
• Partner closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or will receive a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with graduation between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028.
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.
• Available to start an internship between Jan and Dec 2027 for 3‑6 months full‑time (40 h/week).
