HR Intern – Operations (2027)

About the role

Amazon is looking for motivated HR Interns to support its global operations team in Riyadh. The internship offers hands‑on experience across employee relations, training, compensation and workforce analytics, while you learn from seasoned HR professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of HR functions within Amazon’s fast‑paced operations.
• Assist internal communications to align teams across multiple countries.
• Create training plans and materials to address evolving development needs.
• Provide support on daily employee queries related to attendance, engagement, compensation and other HR matters.
• Support day‑to‑day operational routines and administrative tasks for HR teams.
• Participate in process reviews to identify simplification and automation opportunities.
• Compile personnel statistics, reports and performance evaluations for decision‑making.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or will receive a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with graduation between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028.
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.
• Available to start an internship between Jan and Dec 2027 for 3‑6 months, full‑time (40 h/week).
• Legal right to work in Saudi Arabia at the start date.
