Our client is looking for a highly motivated HR Manager to join their dynamic team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on developing HR strategies, managing talent acquisition, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee recruitment, selection, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for professional growth.
• Manage employee relations, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Plan and coordinate training and development programs.
• Administer benefits, compensation, and payroll processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in tourism and hospitality.
• In‑depth knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
• Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
• Strong communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
