HR Manager (Pre-opening) – Dammam Airport

About the role

We are looking for an HR Manager to lead the human‑resources function during the pre‑opening phase of our new Hilton hotel at Dammam Airport. The role will shape the HR foundation, ensuring the team is recruited, trained and ready to deliver Hilton’s signature hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, compliance, safety and performance management.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives such as recognition programs and special events to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Manage HR information systems, maintain accurate employee data, generate reports and handle unemployment claims.
• Lead, coach and mentor the HR team, conduct performance evaluations and provide development opportunities.
