About the role
The HR & Operations Executive supports the daily functioning of the Human Resources department while overseeing key operational tasks across the organization. This role ensures accurate personnel records, smooth office logistics, and compliance with government requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain physical and digital personnel records, including contracts and PTO requests.
- Update internal databases with new‑hire information and manage candidate pipelines.
- Oversee office operations, logistics, housekeeping management, and transportation coordination.
- Facilitate and book regional trips to the KSA office.
- Manage government portals for licenses, tenders, recruitment, and internships.
- Supervise HR procedures, policies, and day‑to‑day departmental operations.
- Assist in initial phone screenings and create shortlists of qualified candidates.
Required profile
- 0‑3 years of experience in HR and operations.
- Strong interpersonal and team‑spirit qualities.
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, conflict‑resolution, and time‑management abilities.
