HR Operations & Recruitment Trainee (Tamheer)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated HR Operations & Recruitment Trainee to join our Human Resources team under the Tamheer program. This position offers hands‑on exposure to talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and daily HR administration in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Post job vacancies on recruitment platforms and social media.
• Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support onboarding procedures for new hires.
• Assist in maintaining employee records, preparing letters, contracts, and HR forms.
• Help manage attendance, leave, and employee data.
• Prepare reports on recruitment and HR activities.
• Perform additional HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Eligible for the Tamheer program through HRDF.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to learn and develop a career in HR.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
