HR Operations Trainee – Tamheer Program (Jeddah)

About the role

Join Chalhoub Group as an HR Operations Trainee and support the HR Operations team in day‑to‑day administrative and operational activities. You will gain hands‑on experience in onboarding, document management, and HR communications within a leading luxury retailer.

Key responsibilities

• Issue HR letters and assist with translation of official documents.
• Attend, document, and translate meetings or documents when required.
• Support onboarding for new joiners: prepare welcome materials, coordinate employee ID card issuance, and collect required documentation.
• Assist the HR team in preparing and issuing offer letters.
• Maintain accurate filing and archiving of HR documents, both electronically and in hard copy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, English Translation, or a related field.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
