About the role
The HR Personnel will manage personnel administration, vendor relations, and outsourced workforce coordination for projects across Saudi Arabia. This role ensures compliance with Saudi labor regulations while supporting staffing needs for various construction and facility management initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage relationships with manpower supply vendors and subcontractors.
- Coordinate manpower requirements with project teams and vendors.
- Review and process vendor invoices, timesheets, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor vendor performance, contract compliance, and labor law adherence.
- Oversee mobilization/demobilization, documentation (Iqama, medical, safety), and accommodation for outsourced workers.
- Maintain vendor worker database, headcount tracking, and project manpower utilization reports.
- Process employee contracts, visa/Iqama coordination, medical insurance, and exit clearances.
- Prepare HR letters, certificates, NOCs, and support audit documentation.
Required profile
- Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Minimum 4 years of HR administration experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven experience managing manpower vendors and subcontractors.
