About the role

We are seeking a qualified and motivated HR Specialist to join our growing team. You will play a key role in developing HR systems, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting overall organizational growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations, including attendance, leave, payroll, and contract administration.
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Organize training and development programs and support performance management processes.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records and files.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and relevant regulations.
• Prepare and submit regular HR reports to management.
• Foster a positive work environment that boosts employee satisfaction and productivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and social insurance regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively within a team.
