About the role

We are seeking a Saudi national HR Specialist to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations. You will help build a strong and collaborative workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Support employee relations and HR policy implementation
Maintain HR documentation and records
Assist with performance management and training programs

Required profile

Degree in Human Resources or a related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience in HR operations preferred
Saudi nationality (required)
