HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Eradah Medical Rehabilitation Centers is seeking a proactive HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Human Resources team. The role combines full‑cycle recruitment with broader HR operational support, helping to attract top talent and ensure smooth day‑to‑day HR processes in a fast‑growing healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offers and onboarding.
• Publish vacancies on recruitment platforms and social media, especially LinkedIn.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding, ensuring a positive employee experience.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, contracts, and routine HR administration.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Prepare HR reports and recruitment metrics.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment.
• Hands‑on experience across multiple HR functions.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Jisr HRMS.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Good understanding of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
