HSE Supervisor

About the role

Worley is seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to lead health, safety and environment initiatives on construction and industrial sites. You will ensure that all activities comply with company standards, legal regulations and best‑practice safety procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and enforce HSE requirements on site.
• Ensure compliance with HSE plans, procedures, and legal regulations.
• Conduct inspections, audits, toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Identify unsafe acts or conditions and implement corrective actions.
• Support incident reporting, investigations and close‑out actions.
• Coordinate with site teams to promote a strong safety culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience supervising HSE on construction or industrial sites.
• Good knowledge of HSE regulations, Permit‑to‑Work (PTW) systems and risk assessments.
• NEBOSH or equivalent certification preferred.
