About the role
We are seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to join our team in Al-Ula, Saudi Arabia. The role requires strong knowledge of HSE standards and the ability to coordinate effectively with project teams and contractors.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure HSE compliance.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near‑misses and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and HSE training.
- Monitor contractors and subcontractors’ compliance with HSE requirements.
- Ensure proper use and availability of PPE and safety equipment.
- Prepare HSE inspection reports and track corrective actions.
- Provide HSE guidance and support to site teams and contractors.
- Assist the HSE Manager in implementing and maintaining HSE policies and programs.
- Participate in HSE and project meetings.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
- NEBOSH, OSHA, or IOSH certification preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of HSE experience.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
