HSE Trainer – Health, Safety & Environment Training Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HSE Trainer to design, develop and deliver high‑impact health, safety and environment training programs for corporate clients. You will create customized course material, lead classroom and online sessions, and support the growth of our HSE training portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and virtual HSE training programs tailored to client needs.
• Conduct training needs analysis and recommend appropriate courses.
• Facilitate workshops on occupational health & safety, risk assessment, incident investigation, fire safety, and environmental management.
• Develop case studies, assessments, and practical exercises aligned with international standards.
• Assist business development by contributing to proposals and client meetings.
• Stay current with HSE regulations, standards and industry trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering HSE training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, Environmental Science or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA or Highfield.
• Proven ability to engage audiences from blue‑collar workers to senior management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
