HSE Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated HSE Trainer with power plant or oil and gas experience to join a leading recruitment agency in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on promoting health, safety and environmental awareness by designing and delivering sector‑specific training programs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive HSE training programs tailored for power plant and oil & gas sectors.
• Conduct engaging workshops, seminars and training sessions that communicate safety protocols.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, continuously improving content.
• Collaborate with clients to identify specific training needs and ensure relevance.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of HSE regulations and integrate them into training materials.
• Provide post‑training support and consultation to address safety‑related questions.
• Develop and distribute manuals, resources and training materials for easy reference.
• Monitor and report on training progress using metrics to demonstrate impact on workplace safety.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills to convey complex safety concepts.
• In‑depth knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices for power plant and oil & gas industries.
• Proficiency in instructional design and training methodologies.
• Ability to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Experience developing training materials and resources for the energy sector.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple sessions and client requirements.
